Lauryn Axelrod is an ordained Interfaith/Interspiritual minister, chaplain, spiritual director and teacher. A graduate of One Spirit Interfaith/Interspiritual Seminary, she is also the founding Spiritual Director of Three Mountains Interspiritual Community. Lauryn is the author of Ten Words: An Interspiritual Guide to Becoming Better People in a Better World, writes the Substack newlsetter, “Radical Spirituality: Getting to the Root of What Matters,” and leads retreats and workshops virtually and in-person.

Known for her deeply informed, down-to-earth, no-nonsense style, Lauryn is passionate about the profound wisdom at the heart of all spiritual truth while helping others live spiritually-centered lives of peace, purpose and joy in an ever-changing world.

Lauryn is also an award-winning ceramic artist, merging art and spirituality, a hospice chaplain and End-of-Life Doula, supporting those in the process of death and dying, and a New Monastic, bringing the fruits of monastic tradition to modern life.

She lives on a farm in Vermont, where she grows organic veggies, tends a maple-filled forest, serves tea, and enjoys hiking, kayaking and nights by the fire under the stars.
